Customer service experience:
I have had the vacuum cleaner A11hero for a short while and I’m very happy with it. I recently contacted Tineco customer service looking for an extra wall mounted charger. They were extremely helpful and prompt to reply to all my enquiries. They offered to send me the replacement charger free of charge, even though I had no receipt for my vacuum cleaner.
I must admit it’s the best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time.

My cordless hoover broke down after 8…

My cordless hoover broke down after 8 months use and I notified them 1 month ago. After sales has been nothing short of pathetic with automated responses and no opportunity to speak to anyone.. Do not touch with a bargepole. Still have no hoover a month after reporting the issue

This review is based on the service provided. The product is a gift and has not been used yet. The process from website to order to information was easy and excellent. Email updates kept me informed until the product was delivered. Very pleased with the web shopping experience, checkout, and follow up.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing! It cut down my drying time by so much. I use to dread blow drying my hair because it would take entirely too long. Love this thing!

Good customer service. Bought the Tineco A10 hero for my mother as a present. Its light and so easy to use and the suction was great. Over time though she said it wasn't picking up. Was all set to send it back. Emailed customer service who replied very efficiently asking for a video of the problem. Went over to mum's to do that but then discovered that she had been using the automatic cleaning tool - on the clean filter! Instead of removing the dirty filter and cleaning that she was cleaning the new filter everytime. Once we cleaned it up it worked perfectly. Customer service emailed me again to check if everything was alright. Glad to say it is. Great machine but just make sure to clean the filters!

Excellent customer service!

I purchased a Tineco Pure One S11 from Costco in Canada. I love this vacuum! I thought it would be a good idea to purchase an extra battery, so I went to Tineco.com and ordered an extra battery. I was so happy with the fast shipping. I didn't realize at the time of ordering, that I had ordered the wrong battery. I felt so stupid to have made that mistake. I felt that I was now going to be out the cost of the battery and the $40. shipping charge. Since this is a U.S. company I would be out $155. Canadian. I wrote to customer service , hoping that maybe I could at least return the battery and get a partial refund. The customer service department were so kind to offer me a full refund including my shipping cost and I wasn't required to send back the wrong battery. They didn't have to do this, but they did. This proves that not all companies only think about their bottom line. Tineco is a GREAT company with GREAT products.

Terrible hoover and experience. Don’t buy.

Terrible hoover and experience. It broke within months, despite cleaning it when necessary, and emptying the container after every use. Customer service made us jump through hoops, and still refused to give us a refund because ‘there was no reason’, even though we sent a video of the hoover spitting out rubbish.

Uk customer service AWFUL

Uk customer service is email only....good luck if you have a problem! They do reply but they suggest irrelevant things that don’t fix the problem. We’ve had months of emails now and they won’t give us our money back. They just keep saying they will send this part or that part, without really listening to the problem. We have a completely broken hoover and no way of pursuing the warranty

Great Tineco revolution !!

I bought the hoover Tineco 12 plus above the Dyson 11 as I didn't really want to pay more money than necessary.After many in depth research I chose the Tineco hoover and it works great, I am extremely pleased with it and I hoover now more than with my previous heavy shark. Had a bit of a glitch and contacted the customer service to get some advice. It turned out that I was not doing some of the maintenance quite right and I apologises to them for thinking it was the quality of the hoover. I am so glad I did. Perfect hoover and it brings up a lot of thin dust too which I couldn't get with the other hoovers . The hoover is very convenient and light. The customer service sent me some extra parts after my conversation with them. They didn't have to do so ( since the mistake had been mine) but they did. I cannot fault the hoover nor the customer service. I would buy this item again because it comes with 2 batteries, easily rechargeable giving me plenty of time to hoover everything I need doing. It is light, well equipped and with a special gadget to clean the filters ( not found with S. or D. hoovers). The hoover is compact and easy to use. The bin is a bit small but never been an issue as it is easily removable ...I am indeed very pleased at the Hoover and certainly with the Tineco brand. I recommend.

Terrible customer service. AVOID!!

I ordered one on amazon prime day at a great price. The day it was due I was got an email in the evening saying it couldn’t be delivered and was being returned. I’d have to reorder it at full price to get a new one. All my other deliveries from amazon arrived that day. I contacted amazon who couldn’t help and only provided their address in Hong Kong for contact.
I emailed their customer services. After numerous emails to clarify the situation they said I could order a new one and they would refund the difference. I ordered one at full price and emailed them again. They didn’t understand despite the email chain. I explained again and was told it would be forwarded to someone to deal with. I never heard back. I’ve managed to cancel my order to avoid being out of pocket. Frustratingly I chose this vacuum over others on offer over prime day. As a result I now have no vacuum and will have to pay full price for one!
It’s been a terrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve seen. I wouldn’t be surprised if their products are as shoddy as the company so would recommend avoiding at all costs!

The day it arrived

The day it arrived, I charged the battery overnight before use. When ever I use the highest setting, the vacuum runs for about 2 minutes and this is when I begin vacuuming. I thought it might be the battery, so I ordered an additional battery from Tineco. After charging for a few days, the vacuum behaves the same way. It appears to me that the motor is overheating. Do not buy. I will donate this and by another brand. Since I did not save the box, I had hi confidence in Tineco quality, it will be a major hassle to return it. I cannot be bothered.
